And that's exactly why I currently take an hour every Wednesday to actively teach individual team members new things.

Whether it's understanding different numbers or KPIs, the interrelationships between different departments such as #sales, #productdevelopment, and #logistics, or much more.

In doing so, I've noticed that it's super fun in the day-to-day stress to take that one hour and explain things.
At the same time, I observe how people leave the call with more motivation than when they came in.
