#SDF statements say the US-backed forces continue to battle cells of #ISIS fighters, both inside the northern section of the prison & in neighborhoods to the south of the prison
Per statement, SDF says the perimeter of the al-Sina'a prison "is under our forces’ control" and that SDF troops "are working to impose their control inside the prison as well"

The @CJTFOIR statement also confirmed coalition provided #SDF w/"real-time surveillance" & carried out continued airstrikes during the 3-days of fighting "including precision targeting of #Daesh fighters who were attacking the SDF from buildings in the area"

In one #ISIS Amaq post from Saturday, per @siteintelgroup, the terror group claimed it killed +200 #SDF soldiers & freed 800 ISIS prisoners from the al-Sina'a prison
The post described the fighting in #Hasakah as "a large-scale & coordinated attack"
In contrast to the #ISIS claims, the #SDF reports:
- 160 ISIS fighters & 15 ISIS prisoners have been killed
- +100 ISIS prisoners were recaptured/prevented from escaping
- Only 27 SDF soldiers killed
