#SupremeCourt hearing application filed by Kalanithi Maran seeking vacation of the stay, wherein the apex court had stayed the operation of the Delhi High Court's order in the plea by Spicejet.
Earlier, the Supreme Court has asked counsels to seek instructions from Spicejet and Kal Airways over a one-time settlement of the dispute over the share transfer issue among Spicejet's former promoter Kalinath Maran and Kal Airways Pvt Ltd.
Senior Advocate Maninder Singh appearing for Maran submitted that the party has not agreed to the offer.

CJI NV Ramana- Two offers were made, they are not agreeing to any of it?
