The purpose of the operations is to arrest& eliminate all robbers, kidnappers, evil elements& other criminals in the mentioned areas, who have already been detected & surveillanced by security forces.
People should cooperate with security forces."
Civilian houses in the north & east of #Kabul, were searched by the #Taliban today.
Pashtons dominated east of Kabul (Hootkhel, Qala-e Zaman Khan, Arzan Qimat & Karta-e Naw) was the old & Tajiks dominated north of Kabul (Khairkhana, Sar-e Kotal..) is the new safe heaven of #ISKP.
According to a #Taliban's senior propagandist, @A_Jahid_Jalal, 400 female police (Policewomen), also participated in today's clearing operation in #Kabul City.
Note:
If true, the presence of female police, during #house_searches by Taliban, is a good news.
Beside the houses of some warlords, which were like weapons' depots, a considerable number of houses in #Kabul, since long time, remained as safe heavens for the members of the ISKP & armed criminal groups, involved in armed robberies, target killings & kidnappings in Kabul city.
According to pro-TB sources, during today's clearing operation, dozens of weapons, including 4 DShKs&3 Mortars, were discovered& seized from house of Mullah Tarakhail, a former MP& notorious warlord in east of #Kabul.
No official confirmation is available.
NOTE:
Here, I am just providing info& shedding light on the ongoing situation of house searches in #Kabul.
I personally condemn any violation of privacy& unprofessional/improper behavior of the security forces, during military operations. It is hapenning in #AFG since April 1978.
On 19 Feb. 2022, Kabul Police spokesman reported that 40 #policewomen graduated from Kabul Police academy.
Also those female police who were working with AFG border forces, e.g. in the airports, are still on their jobs.
This shows that TB have policewomen.
Following some reports about unprofessional behavior & violation of privacy by the #Taliban, during house-to-house searches in #Kabul, @khalidzadran01 shared photo of a house search scene in KBL.
It shows an organized team of TB police incl. #policewomen.
#Taliban's #Kabul Police Spokesman:
"Today, my house was also searched by the IEA security forces as part of house-to-house #search_operation in Kabul City. They found nothing and left the house. The law applies equally to all, without any discrimination."
#Taliban's Ministry of Interior released a PR video, allegedly, showing some scenes of #clearing_operation in PD11 of #Kabul City.
The Taliban security forces apparently seized a sizeable amount of the weapons, ammo and military uniforms and equipments.

As a result of the ongoing #Taliban clearing #operations in #Kabul, a medical doctor was relesed from the kidnappers in PD17 of Kabul City.

#Taliban spokesman Z. Mujahid:
During the house-to-house #search_operations in #Kabul, in the last two days, 9 #kidnappers, 6 suspected #ISKP members& 53 #robbers have been #arrested and 441 #weapons, including Kalashnikovs, Krinkovs, Kalkovs, M16, M4, RPG, PKM, Dehshka...seized.
The achievements Taliban claimed, include seizing of 36 IEDs, including MIEDs, and 13 Metric Tons of explosives.
Interestingly, the seized weapons included 44 RPG launchers (with 85 RPG rounds) and 107 large-calibre (82 mm) artilleries.
Also 42 signal jammers&dozens of Radios...
On Sunday morning, the #Taliban searched our house in #Kabul. No Imam (prayer leader) or Wakil-e Guzar accompanied the Taliban, but as it was house-to-house #search in the entire street, it is clear that those two couldn't go to each house.
Three TB for ca. 30 minutes searched...

#Breaking:
#Taliban spokesman said that 40 people were #arrested in #Balkh today for trying #to_fly_abroad #illegally.
"They were temporarily detained for questioning and later most of them were released. Only, the #women whose families (male family members) didn't come yet ...
...to take them home, are still in custody. Arrangements are made for them (for the women who are still in custody) in the women's detention center."
Note:
This is the first time that the Taliban officially confirmed that they barred people from going (illegally???) abroad.
It is more likely that the #Taliban have arrested& prevented from flying out, those Afghans who are in the #evacuation& rescue program of the international community. The Afghans, who are allegedly at risk of persecution from the TB& get evacuated without proper travel documents.

Local sources in #Jawzjan told me that at 9:30 a.m. today, in the #Khamyab district, on the #AFG-#Turkmenistan border, the #Taliban started clash with Turkmen border guards.
At least, 4 Turkmen soldiers were reportedly #killed& two Turkmen border posts were set on fire by the TB.
A source told me that as a revenge for the previous killing of civilians by Turkmen guards, today initially the #Taliban targeted a #Turkmenistan border guards' vehicle patrolling in the area, burning the vehicle& killing those on board. Then both sides clashed with each other...
...The killing of Afghan civilians by Turkmenistan guards in the border area in previous days took place, when Afghans were collecting a precious plant (Shirin Boya) in the area.
Mullah Jura, a Turkmen from Jawzjan, is the #Taliban's commander for #AFG border forces in the area.

Multiple sources confirmed that an #explosion targered a #Taliban vehicle in Charrahi Gul-e Surkh, in PD4 of #Kabul City, today afternoon.
Several people wounded in the blast.
Official/exact details about the incident are not available yet.

A spokesman for the IEA's Ministry of Propagation of Virtue& Prevention of Vice confirmed to @kabulnewstv that it had informed all drivers to refrain from playing music in their vehicles& not to pick up female passengers without hijab.
The ministry's letter also urged drivers ...
...to not pick up female passengers without male #Mahram (chaperone) for long trips (45 miles) in their vehicles. Transport& use of drugs are not permitted in the vehicles& in prayer time, drivers should take a break for prayer. The last point is: "Advise people to grow #beards."
Afghans raised some important questions about the practicality& side effects of the recent written directive of the #Taliban to the (taxi) drivers.
Not only the open-minded Afghans (e.g. Prof. Rahimi), but even some pro-TB figures criticized the directive.

#Taliban seized barbed wire from #PAK security forces in Gushta& IEA's chief of intel for #Nangargar warning PAK guards to avoid any movement towards AFG territory, else, the TB like Jihad against them, more than Jihad against Jews.

#Nangarhar media office officially confirmed that the #Taliban prevented barbed wire project of #PAK on Durand Line in #Lalpura District:

#Taliban allegedly took control of an area from #AFG territory, that was grabbed by #PAK and a primary school was established there by PAK, in #Lalpura district if #Nangarhar.
