My assumption is Biden WH has been trying to keep NATO unified and the #Ukraine Contact Group led by @SecDef is a major accomplishment with its monthly meetings of Defense ministries from 47 nations.

To achieve the unified response took 2 months of diplomacy.

#USA and #NATO diplomacy has now reached the point where perhaps individual countries could maybe provide heavy weapons. Will take more time to go from maybes to action.
Meanwhile 🇷🇺 advances 1-2km/day around Severodonetsk in #Ukraine️

These “informal agreements” explain why we in the West are not seeing the expected arms flow to #Ukraine. In particular the medium long range fires needed to stop 🇷🇺 in #Donbas

So this hidden delay agreement is ANTI-DEMOCRATIC
