State: "To my understanding there was no report of that kind [regarding gender affirming care] prior to essentially when these cases began. And so there’s no history to point to.”

That is not true. DFPS investigated the Jeff Younger case and found no child abuse. #txlege

Judge: “You will concede there was no rule making in classifying treatment for gender dysphoria as child abuse?

State: “There didn’t need to be a rule making.”
