3/ Failures in PPE policy and provision have, throughout this pandemic, placed the lives of health and care workers at risk.
4/ Even today, health and care workers are going to work wearing masks which are not fit to ride public transportation in other European countries. Hospital trusts are failing to discharge their legal duties under the Health and Safety at Work Act.
