4. either foot-dragging the entry of the order by having someone object and forcing a hearing or other inequitable conduct. Here is the bankruptcy judge assigned to the case. They are appointed by the Circuit judges. He looks like a bankruptcy pro from a top firm and may enter 
5. the order. But I think to most knowledgeable observers this is games playing unless some event put the debtor entity at risk of a lien or other action to collect on a judgment. The order only contemplates relief for the Austin case and stays all other actions
6. and debt collection as to the bankrupt debtor LLC.
