Earlier today, Rep. Brian Fitzpatrick's campaign said that the Congressman was not going to participate in last night's First congressional District's forum because “our campaign does not give a platform to hate speech or those who engage in it.”

This is not the first time Brian Fitzpatrick has confused criticism with "hate speech." He fell back on that same language when describing peaceful protestors at his office.

Meanwhile Brian Fitzpatrick has nothing at all to say about the leader of his party expressing a longing for Hitler's generals or the actual hate speech coming from his own colleagues.

Last night the Senate passed the #FAAReauthorization bill. And we owe a HUGE thank you to @SenBobCasey for some of the inclusions in that bill.
Top on the list is our appreciation for the way he has championed the efforts to ban junk fees and supports consumer protections.
@SenBobCasey The bill implements a number of consumer protection improvements, including removing junk airline fees and establishing a right to refunds on delayed or cancelled flights within the United States, requiring airlines have customer service agents available 24/7...
@SenBobCasey ...establishing standards for airline reimbursement credits, and requiring rules that ensure children under the age of 14 can sit next to parents or guardians for no extra fee.
Back in 2017, #PA01#GOP Rep. Brian Fitzpatrick voted YES on the classic #Trump, Paul Ryan and #McConnell's #GOPTaxScam, which forked benefits over to the ultra rich and corporations.
#PA01 Rep. Fitzpatrick may pretend to be #green, but whenever given the choice, he picks his donors (big banks, #fossilfuel corporations) over the #environment.
De-regulating pipelines, opening the #arctic to drilling, etc. He votes with the money, not with the environment.
