Mubin was NOT driving a gas vehicle but a petrol vehicle and the early triggering of the cylinder could have been an accident.

#ZahranHashim was from #Kattankudy near Batticaloa in the eastern coast of #Srilanka. He was active on Facebook since 2014 and started radicalizing his followers. He was seen as the #ZakirNaik of this part or the world. 
Another high profile arrest who was a follower of #ZahranHashim was Riyas Aboobacker alias Abu Dujana arrested in 2019.
