First news of what looks like another attack by #Ukraine partisans in #Melitopol.

The street has been sealed off after another explosion, thought to be an IED. Initial reports say a traitor policeman was injured.

A high number of #Russia's remaining tanks, a very high number of their artillery systems and 660 more soldiers were destroyed in the last 24 hours.

That's according to #Ukraine's official statistics.
The most intense fighting is now around #Avdiivka rather than #Bakhmut.

Britain's daily update concentrates on another area of the frontline, and determines it's mainly a defensive operation from #Russia's invaders.

Telegram channel RIA Melitopol has named who it believes is the policeman hit in today's explosion in the city.

#Ukraine's Security Service (SBU) has released a video showing some of its claimed recent hits.

They say they have destroyed 14 tanks, 4 armoured BMP fighting vehicles, 1 warehouse dump and 2 dugouts with enemy fighters within 5 days on the eastern border.

It shows the famous 💙💛🇺🇦 flag already flying in #Crimea. This was supposedly filmed in the village of #Hrushivka.

#Sweden's parliament has approved the transfer of military aid to #Ukraine.

The Riksdag voted in favour of the government's proposal to give aid of €550m, including Archer self-propelled artillery systems and Leopard 2 tanks, to Kyiv.

There are fears of another wave of attack drones heading for #Kyiv and some other eastern and nothern regions of #Ukraine.

Earlier this evening #Ukraine's air defence in the souther region says it shot down two Kh-59 missiles which #Russia had fired at #Odesa (RU: #Odessa)

Southern Command says they were launched by Su-35 fighter aircraft over the Black Sea.
