4/ Dunlap was only informed of the June 28 voter roll request letter hours before it was sent to the states. He was given only minimal details before the commission's first two formal meetings – with no opportunity to discuss witnesses or objectives in advance
5/ Even after a Pence-Kobach commission staffer was arrested on child pornography charges, Dunlap has not been told the identities or assignments of any staff working for the commission: bit.ly/2zvlYCl
6/ The law is clear. By withholding all but the most basic details, the leadership of the PACEI is depriving Dunlap of the resources and information he needs to carry out his duties, which violates the FACA
