1/ We know there are a number of researchers studying Health-related topics – many for years and decades...
2/ We also know we haven’t always been able to meet the needs of the research community – our API doesn’t reflect additional spam & safety filters used in-app to keep people safe & we haven’t always made it easy or possible to get the right data to understand these issues
3/ However, through our Health effort we want to address this – we want to find a way of making Twitter better together with the community and with researchers globally
4/ We are obviously limited in what we can implement, but we are open to suggestions and grateful for the community’s help
5/ As Jack mentioned we have an RFP for new research here, additionally....
6/ We also are seeking existing research that we should be incorporating -- Who should we be speaking with that we aren’t? What are we missing that can help measure and improve Health on Twitter? We’re listening.
