Interesting fact: Wisconsin, Pennsylvsnia, and Michigan all had stricter voter suppression laws in place with Michigan attempting after the 2016 election to be even more restrictive.
Because of court rulings being done too shortly before the elections, a great many poll workers turned away voters who could vote.
So no, Clinton going or not going to that state had no where near the impact of voter suppression by Republicans.

Suppression that @marcushjohnson rightly calls corruption.
