Bila beli rumah, normally bank cuma luluskn 90% loan & kbwh. 10% deposit buyer tggung sndiri. Aku nk share tntg projek baru yg buyer tak prlu risau psl 10%. Msian, rmh mkin mhl. Smpai mati ke nk mnyewa?

Seriously developer akan bg zero downpayment, deposit dan percuma legal fee dan sign SNP hingga 30 April 2018. Aku mmg sarankan korg beli rumah ni. Lokasinya di Cyberjaya.

Settle bab awal pembelian. Skrg fokus pulak kt bhgn nak bayar bulan-bulan loan + interest rmh tu.

Apa susah? Kwsn sekitar rmh tu ada Multimedia University, Lim Kok Wing University, MDEC, MSC Centre, The Street Mall 2, D’Pluze & Cyberjaya University College of Medical Sciences.
Rmai akn jd penyewa utk rumah yg anda beli dgn niat utk invest tu. Kenakn harga sewa seunit pd penyewa dgn harga yg dpt cover bayaran bulanan bank.

Klau stiap bulan prlu byr RM2000, kenakan sewa sbanyak RM2200 sebulan. RM2000 anda bayar pd bank, RM200 utk cover keperluan owner.

Skrg, semua org berpeluang utk jd pembeli rumah dgn cara tak perlu sediakan downpayment dan tak usik gaji bulanan masing-masing. Cumanya, pembeli kena sentiasa bersedia utk control penyewa agar akan ada yg ‘bantu’ utk byr bayaran bulanan.
Ble penyewa lari, kne ada pnyewa backup. Itulah trick investor hartanah. Pusing-pusing duit je. Cari rmh yg tak perlu tanggung deposit full. Imagine jela hartanah Cyberjaya with zero deposit & downpayment. Dhlah high demand & good location!
