2. Shortly after, the DOJ responded to the classified subpoena with a curious letter and the Wapo published an article with leaked information that could only have come from the DOJ. By now, we had a name and a potential target for this treasure hunt, 👇
3. Two days later we've had time to absorb @KimStrassel's column "About this FBI source," and speculation is running wild in an attempt to I.D. the "source." Stefan Halper fit the bill very nicely, which in turn suggested something we have long suspected
4. It suggested that there was a setup of the Trump campaign & thus no real reason existed for initiating the investigation. Yes, Halper was involved, but it wasn't *only* him. We had been mislead by the Wapo. It was also Misfud & likely others as well👇
5. If we think carefully, we can start to see the *BIG* problem at the DOJ. It's the timing. First, it was the dossier. When that failed it became Papadop. Now that narrative is failing as well.
6. Ever since, the FBI has clung to the story that Papadop was what instigated the whole Russian Investigation. Surely is wasn't PapaDop, his "story" has some serious holes in it. Enter @JohnWHuber to explain.
7. So, where does that leave us? Dossier is a disaster, Papadop story doesn't hold water, so the IC [Brennan] with the help of his overseas "sources," planted a story in the Trump sphere about hacked Russian emails. Then they used more cronies to tell the FBI about it.
8. We learned Tuesday from @jsolomonReports, with some conjecture on my part, that Oleg Deripaska likely paid for the dossier and continuing operation, and has ties to Mueller. Uh oh! 👇
9. Breaking news on Sean Hannity's show Tuesday night: The meeting between Nunes and the DOJ, where Nunes will get the damning info requested, has been postponed until next week. I wonder why, then I see this article posted by the NYT a moment later. 👇

11. So, why did this leak now? Nunes has the DOJ by the nuggets & they are trying to get ahead of the story, thus the delay. This morning the Trump Tower transcripts being released, is an effort to obfuscate & give the Russia dogs something to bark about instead of the setup. 👇

13. For @DevinNunes to be using the term "setup" means we approaching the beginning of the end. The Dossier is junk. The Papdop story is false, which means they had NO reasoning to support starting an investigation of the Trump campaign except to takedown Trump. @dbongino told us

Addendum: So strange! We talked about "spilling the beans" yesterday morning and by afternoon, viola! The beans have begun to spill. NYT publishes an article saying exactly what we've all suspected. There was NO real reason to start an investigation.
