4/ lesser reason to revisit the app due to less relevant triggering notification. Less response also means lesser dopamine. It drops the engagement of the user with the app further. Lesser engagement with the app means the chances of showing an ad to users will reduce. Less ads

5/ means less revenue for the platform. Less revenue means aggressive sales targets. Aggressive sales target means squeezing more ads in less available time span. Adding more ads further reduces user engagement with the dropping level of Dopamine. Thus Snake eating its own tail.
