First confirmation of one late story last night.

Many collaborators, police and even FSB reported dead in #Kherson when an explosion hit a police school still widely used by the occupiers.

Inspectors return to the Occupied #Zaporizhzhia nuclear power plant today. It will be interesting to see if the @iaeaorg team convinces #Russia to allow
1) unfettered access rather than a tour of certain parts
2) independent journalists to attend

A big fire on occupied #Crimea this morning.

The Yumashevsky market in #Sevastopol went up in flames.

I am on the look out for more local acts of sabotage in Crimea and wouldn't be surprised if this was one, but hard to prove either way. No injuries but a lot of damage.

Overnight #Russia bombed a kindergarten in #Sloviansk

No injuries as the "Teremok" nursery was reduced to rubble.

As new Chechen conscripts are sent off to fight in #Ukraine, it's laughable what they're told.

Basically if we don't want our children to grow up with LGBT we need to fight.

It occurs to me many of these guys' relatives will have been killed by Putin in #Chechnya.

There was a very big attack by #Ukraine in occupied #Melitopol overnight.

12 missiles counted arriving in the town, the first couple hit an ammo dump near the airfield where locals say "fireworks" lasted several hours.

Another #Russia base also targeted.

#Russia's Defence Minister (at least for today) says 3,000 "foreign mercenaries" have been 'destroyed' since the beginning of its "special operation".

#Russia also claims to have captured the village of #Blahodatne (RU: #Blagodatnoe) north of #Kherson city, and has reached the state border with #Mykolaiv.

Unverified but plausible, but holding any such gains west of the Dnipro will be tough in coming weeks.

I'm open to correction here but it seems as though @iaeaorg inspectors are asking why the missile sticks out so much as if it didn't travel far (i.e. from the Occupiers themselves) and the Russian boss says it did a 180 turn?

A lot of rockets landing #Nikopol again today, just across the river from the nuclear plant.

The Tryxa channel reports this as "the moment of today's arrival in Krasnohrihorivka district"

The CCTV stamps says it was yesterday, but that could be wrong and it could be today.

In #Donetsk a couple of rockets seem to have hit something as smoke begins to rise.

This is the #Petrivskyi district of the occupied city.

A prisoner swap deal has seen 14 #Ukraine soldiers released from Russian captivity.

These men are from the 30th and 58th brigades and we're captured towards the end of May.

As I wrote yesterday, @rafaelmgrossi has confirmed they will have a permanent presence at the nuclear plant in #Enerhodar.

The Head of the @iaeaorg is holding a press conference now.

#Russia has effectively turned off gas supplies to Europe. The 3-day stoppage for "maintenance" seems likely to be extended.

No doubt a response to the G7 nations agreeing a price cap on Russian oil. Moscow says it will only sell oil to "friends" who pay real market prices.

A suspicious blaze to report at a well known site in the far east of #Russia

Fire broke out early on Saturday morning in the former "Breeze" cafe and Chinese restaurant in #Nakhodka. Soon the roof collapsed, but the building was empty and there were no injuries.

The Head of a kindergarten in #Russia has been fired for giving kids certificates featuring the national symbol of #Ukraine

It happened in #Chita, 200km from the border with Mongolia
