#Odesa city council has finally passed the motion to remove the Catherine the Great monument.
Councillors voted unanimously backed the plan to dismantle the statue, along with monuments to the "Founders of #Odessa" and Oleksandr Suvorov. They'll be moved to the city's Art Museum

500 people have been evacuated from the power plant. Authorities are worried the fire will spread to other buildings. All the city's firefighters are attending.

This morning a huge blaze consumed the "Vzletka Plaza" mall in #Krasnoyarsk.
The blaze at the shopping centre is reported to have started at the front of the mall and then spread to the roof. No casualties reported.
President Zelenskyy's spokesman responded to @vonderleyen's statement that over 100,000 #Ukraine soldiers have been killed in the war.

It's reported the shopping centre "Donetsk City" was damaged as missiles landed in the Kyivskyi district in the centre.
