.@Instacart, you f*ed up. First, my data was hacked a few months ago on your platform. We got that resolved. Or so it seemed. Today when I couldn't order, was promised a call in 24 hrs bc the security team doesn't work weekends (?) and your rep didn't know tomorrow was a weekend.
So:
1) big security issue on @Instacart.
2) maybe then security people should work weekends
3) making someone wait 2 days isn't really consistent with the brand
4) good idea for customer service reps to know the day of the week.

but wait, there's more! apparently I have to call you to close my account. but not on weekends. I can order on-line but I can't close it on line? Ridiculous.
