DOJ says in a new court filing that the government has reunited four immigrant children under the age of five with their parents, and expects to reunify 34 more by today's deadline.

Of the 102 immigrant children under age 5 in the government's custody, DOJ says the government can't reunite 14 with their parents because they weren't the parents, had a "serious criminal history" or there was evidence of abuse.
DOJ says another child can't be reunited because its parent plans to live at the home of a sex offender, and the child of another parent has a communicable disease.
DOJ says one child under 5 can't be reunited because "the parent's location has been unknown for more than a year." Also, both the parent and the child who's been in the government's custody "might be U.S. citizens."
