We opened #InheritedCities @crucibletheatre last night. It went *brilliantly*. The cast, aged between 13 - 19, are amazing - such honesty, charisma and presence. It is a joy to watch them, and to *listen* to them.
I'm a bit in awe of what the cast and @rachaelswalton @OurStace @stopnicks @LittleMyGreen have achieved. Moving, funny, fascinating... and honest.

and our amazing, generous Chaperones, Samantha Atkin, Kerry Kent and Anna Wright, and Stewards, Kate Duffy, Wenjun Gao, Raluca Lazureanu, Debra Lane, Darcie Watkinson and Kaixi Xu, without whom we couldn't put the show on.
Plus all of the brilliant staff at our co-producers @crucibletheatre who have worked so hard to help us make this happen.
That's a bit of a splurge, I know - my first thread in fact! - but this feels like a special thing we've made. Sold out tonight, some tickets left for tomorrow.
And then there's photographers @JulianDHughes, @JoeSamPriestley and publicity designer Gemma Homer, who have all contributed so much to the look and feel of the project. #InheritedCities
