This is petulant David Banks of Veterans for Britain paying his @ElectoralCommUK fine.....pity they didn't investigate him a little further....at Imaginexit.....perhaps others agencies will.....maybe not as petulant next time....
Company was dissolved in May 2018. Invoices for a whole series of short pro-Brexit films produced during the referendum campaign were paid for by Arron Banks company "Better for the Country".......
Just for clarity......or not.

Now here's Cummings dressing up what they did, in the 2016 EU referendum, with psychobabble, masking the fact that they lied and cheated their way to victory and fooling the unwary into swallowing Vote Leave's bullshit - no wonder he wouldn't appear before the @CommonsCMS
Very little of what Cummings says stands up to scrutiny, here's a small selection of him being demolished during his Treasury committee appearance - another reason he refused to appear before the @CommonsCMS hearings.
