Our lawsuit on behalf of @FixTheCourt keeps getting results. Given that an appointment to the Supreme Court is essentially irrevocable, the public has a right to know what's in Judge Kavanaugh's past.
Transparency must be part of Kavanaugh's vetting process. We've been going to court on behalf of @FixTheCourt in order to get records from DOJ and NARA and shed light on Kavanaugh's time in government: americanoversight.org/investigation/…
