Okay. For those who have doubts about the fact that this rapist didn't get time because he's WHITE, you're either fooling yourselves, or simply want to keep this shattered system intact where white men get away with everything and the only ones who do time aren't white.
It has *everything* to do with the color of his skin. IDGAF about the excuses this judge makes his decision to let a man get away with raping a 14-year-old, because if the rapist wasn't white the judge would *absolutely* have sentenced the rapist to hard time in jail.
This is historically a constant rinse and repeat: white man rapes, white man gets away. Man of color rapes, man of color gets sentenced. And let's be clear: *any* man who rapes must be sentenced to hard time in jail, but white men have historically gotten away with it w/o time.
Justice has not been served for this 14-year-old girl, and it has *everything* to do with the fact that the man who raped her was white. This is a shattered system, and it's fucking bullshit.
Not only the rapist should do hard time for what he's done, but the judge should be barred from practice because he's unable to serve justice, which is HIS JOB.
