Ted Cruz needs to take down this ad. Beto O’Rourke voted “yes” for Harvey tax relief.

The original bill intentionally excluded Puerto Rico, Florida, and US Virgin Islands after being hit by hurricanes. Beto voted “no.”

The final bill included those Americans. Beto voted “yes.”
