This was not funny. All I see is a young woman being touched by someone she did not give permission to, unable to pitvsoace between her and the other person, and then being embarrassed. This is shameful.
Notice her body language. She is leaning back from the waist. And she tried to step down. He kept her arm around her waist. This makes me so damn uncomfortable. And angry.
This type of behavior is done in front of everyone and as the person on the receiving end, you can’t stop it without seemingly being ungracious or being called something worse.

How about everyone keep their hands to themselves, mmmk?
Also, I detest being called girl. I’m a whole, grown as woman. Ariana is a grown ass woman. Keep your girl to yourself.

But please, please enter into spaces that are not your spaces with curiosity and listening ears and hearts.

Here are a few of the issues that jump out from this interview with Swetnick.

- First, she says she remembered Brett Kavanaugh was at those parties after 36 years because he "has a very distinctive face." He doesn't have anywhere near a "very distinctive face." By any stretch.
- Next, she said she believes he was wearing a Georgetown Prep uniform. At a gang rape party. In the summer.

- She said the reason she came forward was “I thought that I might have some information that might corroborate some of the things that she had stated.”
"Might have"? "Might corroborate"? "Some of the things"? This from the alleged victim of a violent gang-rape that she can't be certain didn't include Kavanaugh. "Might"?

- She uses some familiar terminology when describing behavior she says she witnessed from Kavanaugh:

Being bullied is good for boys, being mocked by peers triggers hormesis, when young boys fight with each other it galvanizes them. Being too emotional IS weakness, because emotion clouds the mind. Being powerful is a virtue and being weak is a sin.
Young boys antagonize each other because it is low-stakes training for adult life, which is dangerous, and where there is no protective parent nearby to make sure things don't get out of hand. It does teach men to defend themselves, and this is good, the world is dangerous

Omg, this thread reminds me of a similar experience I had about 4yrs ago at a DD...it’s extremely important to share these type of stories. Woman need to know many of us are not going to mind our own business and are HERE for each other.
OMW to Work one morning I stopped at DD. Now, when I’m commuting to work I typically never get out of my car to go inside an establishment. I always use drive-through. But this morning, drive-through was wrapped around the building.
So i decided to park so I could go inside. Just as I was pulling into my parking space, I noticed that the couple in the car next to me were having an argument. A young couple, 25 years of age at best. The argument sounded violent, and the nigga was doing most of the shouting.
