I’ve been critical of Avenatti for a variety of reasons.
This automatic and entirely foreseeable outcome was one of them.
If Avenatti is as smart as he claims to be, he knew (just like I did even as a non-attorney) that this case would go bye-bye whenever Cohen chose.
