I tweet from a common sense Christian male perspective. One which believes in God, the Bible and Jesus Christ. I raise my kids and interact with society according to that perspective. I protected this nation as a soldier from that perspective.
That perspective is common & sensical. It is in tune with the Framers, the Constitution, and most of American society. I call out the LGBTQ+, politicians and the radical Left AND Right based on that perspective. This nation was formed, built, and continues from that perspective!
I will not be cowered, canceled or contained by the government, it’s goons, or the Left’s roaming gangs. I treat others with an initial respect that will be raised or lowered according to THEIR actions and heart. I WILL speak out against actions that oppose that perspective.

@WNC_Politico #1A protects everyone including you expressing your disappointment that your current Member of Congress is neglecting his duties, including those related to representing his district, in some respects independent of his politics.

1/
@WNC_Politico But I will never complain that someone with whom I strongly disagree is lazy and ineffective.

The last thing I want is for them to hire competent, effective staff to push odious policies to successful implementation.

Maybe @ChuckEdwards4NC will be an example.

Thank you.

URGENT 🧵: 1/

Tomorrow, Saturday evening, following a Bans Off Our Bodies rally at noon in DC, there will be six simultaneous protests in these tony suburbs the SCOTUS 6 live in. RT please. Image
2/ This is a spontaneous community protest; not led by us or any organization, but by individuals.

There will be point people for each Justice. Arrive by 6:30pm & travel together to the protest location at 7pm. Wear comfortable shoes; you’ll have to keep walking during protest. Image
3/ Some reproductive rights groups and activists don’t like protests at residences. It’s your CHOICE to not join us. If you’re tempted to impose your morality on us, ponder the irony first.
• Rights >> Beliefs
• We will not be violent
• No other rules apply

The @AP has published (yet another) “hit-piece” on @elonmusk, attempting to spread widespread fear of imminent bullying if/when the Twitter deal closes… 🐦

See below how this article falls short of @AP’s mission to discredit… 🪡 👇🏻 1/9
We all know the #JRE clip, and we all know the context (Must having said he’s never smoked before…) 💨

The obsession with left-leaning fear-mongers of calling @elonmusk a “pot smoker” is laughable. 🤡

Meanwhile, the democratic fights to legalize cannabis nationwide… 2/9 Image
The @AP quotes an opinion from a solitary anonymous investment firm that thinks the @Twitter takeover is “comical and surreal”. 🥁

Using quotes from nameless entities serves to enrich the @AP’s narrative while providing absolutely zero real-world value to the reader… 3/9 Image

Pay attention. The draft #RoevWade opinion will un-do decades of progress for human rights, for women, for LBGTQIA folks, for anyone who wants to love who they love. #GoodbyeLoving 1/
All the dignity and autonomy Justice Kennedy wrote so eloquently about in Lawrence v. Texas (the first opinion to recognize a right to have sex just to express love and intimacy — or have fun — and not just to make babies!) will be gone with Alito’s words 2/

Conservative Media Cheering DeSantis Crackdown on Disney Are Ignoring What a Catastrophe It Would Be for Florida mediaite.com/a/brvti via @mediaite #sayfie #ReedyCreek #flapol
Let's dig into this. One of the main points = Reedy Creek Improvement District (RCID) is SUPER complicated & has been around for over 50 years. It's a >$100 million annual operating budget to provide services over a 25K+ parcel that stretches across 2 counties. /2
Orange County includes Orlando and several other well-developed suburbs and cities. Osceola remains far more rural outside of the tourist corridor. Both counties are currently facing significant challenges related to skyrocketing housing prices, transportation needs, etc. /3

“Reckless disregard”?

@nytopinion⁩ never bothered to check ⁦@nytimes⁩’ reporting 1/

Reckless ‘power’ or ‘honest mistake’? Palin’s and New York Times’s lawyers make their final cases in libel trial washingtonpost.com/media/2022/02/…
@nytimes’ own reporting re one key fact:

Targets on congressional districts, #1A protects;

vs.

Targets on US Representatives or people.

Never bothered to check.

If that not “reckless disregard,” nothing is.

Sad!

People are understandably focused on the OSHA decision, but if you care in the slightest about religion issues before the court, today is a HUGE day. Here's why... 🧵 #AppellateTwitter #SCOTUS #1A
The justices are right now conferencing at least 5 religion cases. And they all have the potential to make huge changes in the law. Two of them are being conferenced for the second time (the all-important relist), so I'll start with those. 2/x
Kennedy v. Bremerton: does a high sch. football coach have a 1A right (religious AND speech) to pray at 50yd line. Particularly wild case for a grant b/c despite the public nature of his prayers (to and with students)
petition says they are "personal" and "silent or quiet" 3/x

There's a lot going on with this bill to enhance judicial security. The Senate Judiciary Committee just voted on it and, yeah, no politician is going to vote against a bill literally named after a judge's horrifically murdered son. But there's cause for concern here. 1/
We'd hoped not to get involved with this bill, but it affects us directly. It makes it illegal for a site like CourtListener to post certain kinds of information about judges online. We'd have to start taking down information if this passed (or fighting @uscourts in court). 2/
If that sounds like a #1A violation to you, you'd find yourself on a lonely podium. The bill is being pushed by @uscourts, is endorsed by the American Bar Association, and the major associations for judges. It gained half a dozen co-sponsors in the Senate today. 3/

I hate @cbouzy is now a victim of #targeted #harassment.

It's 2021 FFS.

In these 3 videos, I pointed out receiving the worst traumatic online stalking I could've ever imagined IN 2015-2017.

So went to the @FBISanAntonio & @FBIChicago with this. They said it was a #1A right.
@cbouzy BTW, someone @TheJusticeDept really came through for me. NO #FOIA request was ALLOWED but then one day the report at the end of this vid arrived and I was delighted to find out that I have so many mental disorders, ailments, and addictions. 🙄

@cbouzy Naturally, it'd be easier for everyone ELSE if this were swept under the rug with my death (means vary, but the paper trail seems to have set a fairly predictable narrative). 😑

I AM SO SORRY YOU'RE GOING THROUGH THIS.

PLEASE let me know where I can be of assistance.

I’m writing a #CartoonClimate 2nd ed, and the draft has our best guess for BAU as SSP3-7.0. Here’s my case, but I invite #ClimateTwitter and #EnergyTwitter to disagree! @hausfath @ramez @DrKateMarvel @AdrianRaftery1 @RogerPielkeJr @KHayhoe @JosephMajkut @RobertStavins [Thread]
2/ Context: The draft mentions the possibility of a low-emissions future (“electrify everything”) and a high-emissions future (fossil-fueled catch-up) and specifies key issues—economic growth, technology, policy—before laying out our best guess for a no-more-policy BAU.
3/ A good part of my case comes from this chart from EIA’s IEO 1994, modified to include 2010 actuals. One modification was to move the legend because China 2010 was almost off the chart! (Note that this shows C; multiply by 3.67 to get CO2.) Take-off growth is unpredictable.

#1. Local SEO is massive

If a pipe breaks, the average US citizen is likely to quickly google “plumber near me”.

This is the real estate you want to be in:

For our store, if you type in “children’s clothes near me” we’re at the top (incognito mode), even beating out Carter’s.

(but failing in Google ads as we haven't started them)

Here’s how to dominate this map:

1/ Much of my teaching and law practice focuses on First Amendment, government regulation of free speech, and media law. From that perspective, @davidharsanyi raises salient issues affecting the open discourse that informs a healthy republic.

2. KEY POINT: “Setting aside First Amendment concerns, the state has no moral claim to dictate the veracity of speech.”

“The state” (of course) is comprised of politicians and bureaucrats who want to maintain power and control.
3/ History and insight into the sinful/selfish nature of humans teach us that people in power will leverage their position to permit speech that will keep them in power and marginalize the speech that might oust them.

1/ For decades, public workers have been forced to pay money to support political speech and policy positions with which they disagree... just to keep their jobs.

My first take on rumor of Enbridge actions to shutdown ceremony is they are punching down at poor people, racialized and minority religious observances because they worry traditional knowledge/indigenous science is compatible with observations of nature by non-native allies...
...and “Protecting the Sacred” may lead to discovery of additional science facts of protected species like migratory birds, e.g. cranes, or endangered insects in their intended workspace on public land, treaty land that they’re not yet actively working on.
It would be safe to conduct bee and beetle surveys, for instance, if @GovTimWalz granted an emergency stay to protect treaty rights, religious rites, and a complete assessment of biodiversity at LaSalle + Mississippi River water crossings. cc: @AGEllison, @dcassutt, @KeaonDousti

More #TantonNetwork white supremacist shit. Literally, because this is the Great Replacement conspiracy theory. Note the school board infiltration advice, just like Tom Metzger gave his followers.
They are compiling lists of words and faculty to target and censor
Remember, these dipshits always tell on themselves because that is how they justify what they're about to try. They're not creative or empathetic people (fascists never are) and they are accusing others of what they are about to do to convince themselves that everyone is doing it
