Manafort's plea deal requires him to "cooperate fully, truthfully, completely, and forthrightly with the Government and other law enforcement authorities identified by the Government in any and all matters as to which the Government deems the cooperation relevant @CourthouseNews
"The defendant agrees to be fully debriefed and to attend all meetings at which his presence is requested, concerning his participation in and knowledge of all criminal activities."
He also must hand over documents and other material relevant to the investigation "and to participate in undercover activities pursuant to the specific instructions of law enforcement agents of the Government."
He must testify in the District of Columbia, or elsewhere, at the government's request, and must consent "to adjournments of his sentences." The obligations will continue after he is sentenced in Virginia and DC.
Manafort will have to "testify fully, completely and truthfully before any and all Grand Juries in the District of Columbia and elsewhere, and at any and all trials of cases or other court proceedings" in DC or elsewhere when the gov. deems it relevant.
Manafort agreed that sentencing in Virginia and DC might be delayed until the gov. determines his cooperation is complete "so that the Courts will have the benefit of all relevant information before a sentence is imposed."
