Korea Gallup has Moon climbing even higher: by 11% to 61%. Maybe have a summit every other month? Well summits are supposed to be a sometime thing. The test is 2 weeks from now: how much of the gain he holds on when the secular trend is downward
If the economy shows no sign of turning around, the downward trend will resume and he'll lose what he gained today. That's why SK's 2 top economic ministers didn't go to Pyongyang: they were told to stay home, focus on the economy, fix rising home prices news.joins.com/article/229751…
The language was more blunt: SK Finance Minister and Chief Policymaker were told their "jobs were on the line. So solve the hiring situation at once." They had been feuding and the Finance Minister publicly expressed doubt re "income-led growth strategy"

Another trend: despite the summit euphoria, those who want immediate unification (19%) didn't increase much from prior inter-Korean levels. The dominant category is "gradual unification after 10 yrs." That category went up to 65% now. Most people aren't crazy about unification
Then how do you interpret Moon's higher ratings and the enthusiastic singing of "Our Dream is Unification?" Simple: people want to see the NK threat reduced but they don't necessarily support quick unification. The job situation and housing (home prices) are much more important
