Shortly after having seen the @jordanbpeterson /@SamHarrisOrg debates where a question of astrology came up, I saw the movie 'Shine' about a genius pianist who becomes slightly schizophrenic. There's is a thread in the film about astrology which feels almost serendipitous, (1/2)
but whats even more important is the process of the development of creativity and I believe that @SamHarrisOrg 's rationality could never produce a Rachmanioff and that is a critical point I think he misses. (And music should be explored further in these debates.)
(What's even wilder is that @jordanbpeterson 's argument about the origin of astrology and how it was necessary for human development is actually expressed in this film. What a wild and thrilling coincidence.)
