Hi @megynkelly. They could start by looking at this house, which was owned by Mark Judge's grandmother, and about 1.1m away from the country club... like a 25 min walk ;)

Plenty of records to prove it was their home...
@chuckTodd @MSNBC @NBCNews @LesterHoltNBC - in case you're interested...
The first is the Judge house.

The second is Squi's house.

Pretty similar, eh?
The first is the Judge House.

The second is Squi's house.

The first set of stairs are pretty narrow, aren't they?
Judge first. Squi second.
Here's the floorplan from the second floor of Squi's house.

Based on similarities to the layout of the first floor (minus additions), doesn't this seem as if it fits Dr Blasey's description? I mean, that's why Whelan used it to try to deflect...

Sorry, I'm not in DC.
The full records for the Judge house are probably at NARA, should anyone in DC want to pull the blueprints for the additions...
And if you want to look at the full set of photos, I apologize if there is anyone living in the former Garrett home now, but Whelan already outed it, so you've probably had all the lookie-loos you're likely to have...

But from what I heard so far from one neighbor, there isn't anybody new in the Judge house since the last tenants moved out...

The day he moved into Number One Observatory Circle on January 20, 2017.
You might recognize him...

This guy.

Weird, huh? And I wonder who was behind all the press. For some reason, I don't think it was the neighbors...

So, here's Whelan's original thread, from before he deleted it.

Some of the arguments he makes about the home's layout seem quite convincing, no?
Plus, it's pretty clear that either Judge or Kavanaugh was comfortable enough in the house that they'd have a bedroom where they were familiar enough with the layout to try something like this, allegedly...
Though, to be clear, one difference in the layout is clear between the two:

both are 5 bedroom homes, except the Judge home has 3 bedrooms on 2nd floor, 2 on 3rd floor; top floor of Squi's house is a single room, 4br on the 2nd floor.
And both have additions in rear of the home. Again someone else would have to go to NARA for the exact layout of the modifications, but both homes were clearly built on the same original plan.
And anyone can get their hands on images of the deeds and other property records. Takes a couple days for the account to get set up though.

Query term: "Judge, Alma"

So. @JudiciaryDems - is anybody going to ask him if he's ever been to this home?

I bet know the answer already...

long pause... eyes searching right... left... up... [drinks water]
"I Do Not Recall"
And I have more to add... but not until Brett gets back into his seat...

In the event that anyone wants to ask him about it, ask Durbin. He has the full report 🤣

p.s. @Alyssa_Milano - any chance you could make sure @SenBooker and @SenKamalaHarris see this ❤️💜❤️
But yeah. Too bad that nobody saw fit to bring Judge in - he could have answered some of these questions for his buddy.

And p.s. the bathrooms in that house were very, very small.
Now that he's sitting again?

Nobody can seem to make up their mind if that home is in DC or Maryland.
Technically, I think that it's within the District bounds by about a block or so?
Anyway - if the home is in Maryland, there's no statute of limitations on sexual assault...

And if the home is in DC, well, there's this:
and this.

A federal crime... and one that Trump just pardoned a dead man for. [we'll take up that debate another time, though]
And currently, there's no Statute of Limitations on the latter either.
BTW... Kavanaugh looks kind of scared.

Kind of like he's waiting for something to hit.

I wonder why.
Oh, right.

A potential federal violation, especially against a child... especially if it occurred in DC? Well, that's grounds for investigation in both MD and DC.

Did anybody happen to see if there are any FBI agents waiting outside the hearing door?

Or maybe they're inside.
BUT... I'm not stating this definitively... this is the end of the information I'm able to obtain at this time, and I've already passed it on to other investigative bodies for their attention.
Still, it is definitely something that is in need of further investigation...
As is who lives in Maryland that was looking up Dr. Blasey by her maiden name before she came forward publicly...
