My brother lives some countries and an ocean away, so we bought #WizzAirCoupons for our mother as a present. She wanted to visit him, but the site failed to give her the discount. The coupon can no longer be used, so she wrote you an email. This was on the 1st of November, 2017.
She got the first - and to this day, the only - reply at the end of that same month. My mother asked a few questions to which no answer was ever received. #TerriblePenPal
Weeks and months have passed, and my mother even decided to call your customer service couple of times. A costly 250 Forint, which is around 0.8 euro. Per minute. What is it exactly that you're charging for? #PayedForNothing

March came.
April came.
May came. At this point, it was already half a year of #WizzAirQualityService
June. July. August...
She spoke w/ the customer service for a total of approx. 30 minutes. Although, she never got past the first operator because they are only allowed to forward written complaints to the appropriate division. To which they could not give us a number.
We asked to be called back. Your operator said you will write us. She said this every. Single. Time.
We regularly checked her balance, but it remained zero. Like the number of fucks @WizzAir gives us about our mother's #OverchargedTicket.
And now its October, and people at @NASA have a better chance finding #DarkMatter than my mother getting a reply from @WizzAir's customer service. #WizzAirJoke
That is why I have decided to call you myself. Earlier this week I have called, demanded a response and a full refund. The lady at your customer service forwarded the complaint, again. Of course.
You have failed to reply and/or compensate my mother for a whole year for what you incorrectly charged (not even considering the additional fees and trouble), and you seem more unreachable than the edge of that #FlatEarth people keep talking about.
One must find help elsewhere. #INeedAHero
