Scotland's Highest Court did not withdraw the reference to the CJEU. Instead they fixed a further hearing on 8 November on the question whether the Govt should have permission to appeal to the Supreme Court on the decision to refer.
Remember, the Govt waited 25 days from the date of the judgment of the Inner House before launching its attempt to block the reference. An entirely inexplicable delay.
How much more public money will the Government spend trying to keep Parliament in the dark about its options? Better it stick to its knitting - and try to avoid driving the country off a cliff.
