OMG this week isn't bad enough: JUSTICE KENNEDY JUST ANNOUNCED HE IS RETIRING. A president whose legitimacy is under question for a rigged election, who attacks the US constitution and American values—gets to appoint yet ANOTHER Supreme Court Justice. Things are very very wrong.
So much for an independent judiciary. Justice Kennedy retiring now assures his political party—a Republican—gets to appoint his successor AND puts the Supreme Court on Nov ballot. Which should also put more pressure on every last American to stand up to Trump dismantling America.
