2/ According to IG Horowitz report, @FBI opened investigations into @ClintonFdn FRAUDS (and public corruption) in January 2016. IRS opened a companion inquiry in July 2016. Easy to understand why little progress happened through 20 January 2017. Under @realDonaldTrump what gives?
