Next Sunday on #Audacious will be a REBROADCAST of one of our guest's session with the topic; LOVE IS A LIVING THING.
The session was taken by someone I consider as having a good knowledge of the topic and has been teaching same for a long time @JephKing
Join us 4pm next week
Our broadcast today is titled RECLUSE

What is Recluse? Find out in the following thread.
I read a research conducted by Harvard University sometimes back where they are trying to find out the cause of crashes or near crashes of aircrafts just at about landing.
Here, they stated the importance of quick nap to the general well-being of the body.
Quick naps serves as a system reboot/restart as opposed to shutdown.
Shutdown comes when there's probably an error or a big damage that must first be fixed. Shutdown may also come when you are done with a process of work & may not need the system again in a little while #Recluse
Naps on the other hand is to restore the system back to original state after it start to display some malfunctions.
From our digital devices, we can understand the difference between Reboot and shutdown.
After a Reboot session, what was misbehaving in the device seem to have gotten back to normal state and it result into a smooth operation of the device.
Therefore, when you notice a malfunction and it's not as a result of damage, what the system needs is a REBOOT.
Now back to the Harvard research. They picked a number of pilots always flying long distances, divided them into two sets, told the first set to have a prolonged rest just before proceeding on the flight as the pilot.
It happened that they got on board refreshed (coming from a long time of rest) and alert. However, as the journey progresses, their alertness began to wane & they alws doze off at about the time of landing, and this is the cause of a lot of crashes or near crashes at landing
On the other hand, the second set of pilots were instructed to take compulsory nap during the flight interchangeably, that is, a pilot will go take a nap at a particular time while the other keeps the bird flying, then the other goes for his turn when the first is back.
It was discovered that both pilots remain alert throughout the journey.
This became the model for pilots and the result has been enormous, because it has eliminated crashes at about the time of landing.
The pilot's compulsory nap serves as the system Reboot, which in turn removes any malfunction and makes alertness possible for a long time yet again.
#Recluse means a person who lives alone and avoids other people. It is marked by withdrawal from society.

I find this topic important because I can easily relate to this at the moment.
There comes a time in our lives that we just want to go away from the people we know, we want to escape into a very distant place where we are not known.
It's #Recluse.

Times like these, you just want to have a restart, you want to have to start life anew but not with people you have known before, you want new folks, new community, new 'culture's around you.
That is a form of #Recluse.
Hibernate, then RESTART life elsewhere.
Perhaps you checked and what you can see around you is toxic. Perhaps surrounding you are thorns and thistles such that everywhere you turn to, you get hurt, stabbed, ridiculed and beaten down.
I dare say to you, it's okay to #Recluse
STOP exerting strength in the midst of toxics, go elsewhere and REBOOT.
Go live your life anew, you deserve it.
Your life is importanter, take care of it. You are not a fool, you can't afford to remain in the midst of toxics. Press the Restart Button and live out your good life.

God bless you.
Thank you for joining us on today's broadcast, don't forget to join us again at 4pm next Sunday when we bring you yet another inspiring session on #Audacious.

Like we said today, it's okay to #Recluse, go Reboot your system and be back here ASAP.
Do have a beautiful week and enjoy all of God's Favour each day.
God bless you.
