Maybe the boys of Baraboo High School should learn about Helmuth Hubener of Hamburg. A Mormon, he opposed the Nazis. He copied anti-war texts transmitted via the BBC. He was tortured by the Gestapo before being guillotined 27/10 1942. He was 17. 
Or maybe the boys of Baraboo High School could learn about Barthl Schinck. He was a member of the 'Edelweiss Piraten' - no organised resistance group, just a bunch of Köln youth who loved jazz & struck at the Nazis where they could. He was hanged, publicly, on 10/11, 1944.
The Baraboo High School boys could learn about the 'White Rose' - the famous Munich university students, Hans & Sophie Scholl, as well as Christoph Probst who were guillotined the same day as their trial - 22/2, 1943 - others later. Their crime? Distributing anti-Nazi leaflets.
Or, you know what? Show those Baraboo boys footage of the dead Volkssturm - many, many kids among them - that US and Soviet troops had to shoot as they fought their way to force Germany to surrender.
