The ultimate aim - as with everything - is for trans women to compete in women's sports on a self ID basis. With no gatekeeping whatsoever. Because biological males are female if they say so.

I mean that escalated quick, didn't it, from 'We just want to pee in peace.'
In 2019 fight with all your might. Before your daughters have nothing: no safe, sex segregated spaces, no sports, no workable laws to protect them from sex discrimination.

When I first started talking about this issue, my friends scoffed and dismissed me as alarmist when I said
we would have biologically male rapists in women's prisons. The sheer rapidity with which the next frontiers and boundaries are being torn through is frightening.

And it won't stop. What seems alarmist today will be tomorrow's new reality. At what point will you say: enough.

When male people say they are female, but also that there is no such thing as a distinct female sex class, then good girls like Fiona stay quiet and listen.
Fiona doesn't ask inconvenient questions or expect anything to make sense. No. Fiona accepts that her role is to accommodate; to absorb; to defer.

This is probably one of the hardest threads I'll ever write.

I am a lesbian. I have argued constantly for trans rights in the past year, believing we are all LGBTQ, I have trans friends in real life.

Before I wrote this I spoke to them.
When I came back online I again had no issues with defending trans folk because to me - LGBT - why wouldn't I? Everyone has the right to live their lives safely & to find love & happiness. I still believe that because I dislike the hate speech that was given a platform.
I have trans women friends. I have been hit on by trans women. I wasnt interested, I wasn't cruel because there's no reason to be cruel. Just said thanks but I'm seeing someone to spare someone's feelings like I'd do with anyone else I didn't fancy.
