So I went to the Magnolia bird farm yesterday. And met a Congo African grey who most definitely picked me. She was so cute. After a while she decided she wanted a better look of the room and climbed my arm and ever so gently climbed my head. And she came down witout a fuss.
She was 1000% content with me and I couldn't be happier. I still need to save up some more money to afford the adoption. @MARLENEMCCOHEN I have to thank you for giving me the courage to become a bird parent and for all the great tips <3 2/?

She was very 50/50 about stepping up for others. she would start to and would then decide to move closer to me up my arm.
And only liked being pet with not against her contour feathers, She felt like she has a few pin feathers they might be bothering her or she doesn't like that

I was left alone with Lily for about 1 1/2 hours and really got to really learn what she likes and does like. And her little quirks. She clicks like a clicker for training and does a low whistle when you pet her head. I couldn't sleep last night because I was thinking of her <3
