THE UNEDUCATED VOTERS does not understand #ATIKUPLAN
Approximately half of the 84 million voters are uneducated,
#AtikuPlan is pleasing to the ears of the educated but what about my Grandmother who is not educated how will she understand what you want to do.

She wants to leave a better Nigeria for her grandson by electing the right president but you rolled out your policy and she does not understand what you want to do for this country.

She heard just, I will renovate 10,000 schools every year from Buhari and she believes Buhari will do better.
#Atikuplan should be well Articulated tell us in numbers what you are going to do.
(Infrastructure, GDP,MDGs,SDGs are to hard to comprehend)

In my own Opinion this is what I think you can tell the uneducated voters and you will get the support of all voters because it includes all Nigerians no one is left out.

Promises that can be fulfilled despite our current financial constraint.

Major Areas that needs urgent attention
1. Health Sector-
Promise You will build 6 Specialist Hospital, 1 in each of the 6 Geopolitical zone
a) Northwest - Orthopaedic Specialist hospital
b) Southwest - Neurology and NeuroSurgery specialist Hospital

c) South South - Kidney,Liver and Bowel specialist Hospital

d) North East - Eyes, Ears, Nose and Throat Specialist Hospital

e) South East - Heart Specialist Hospital

f) North Central - Cancer specialist Hospital.
In no particular order just an example.

2. You will Renovate and equip 1 Primary and Sec. School to world standard in each 774 LGA in the country every year.
By 2023 we will have 3096 World class Primary and Sec. Schools in Nigeria.

(1000 students per school - 6.1 million students will be back in school)

3. You will Renovate and equip 1 Federal University in each Geo political zone to world standard, 6 world class Fed. university every year
By 2023 we will have 24 World class Fed. Uni. In Nigeria
( Cost - 2 billion per school x 6 = 12 billion per year)

4. Rice production - as the most consumed food in Nigeria should be a matter to take care of by the govt.Over 1B naira is spent on Rice daily. Borders should not be closed for importation of rice just yet until we can feed ourselves this will prevent Inflation in price of rice.

Bringing of foreign investors to Build 12 Rice mills capable of processing and producing 3million metric tonnes of Rice paddy to give us Self sufficiency.

Rail Transportation - A $6billion dollar High speed Train moving at a speed of 320 km/h will cut travel time of Lagos to ibadan from 2 hrs 15 min to about 45 minutes which means people can live in Ibadan and work in Lagos which will solve Over- population and Traffic issues.

Also Fresh harvest and consumable goods can be transported from places like Kano, Katsina to Lagos, Port Harcourt, Calabar in under 4-5 hours.

6. Refineries - Am in support of selling NNPC to private companies, they are profit oriented they wouldn't want to run at a loss. So if private companies can run the refineries the cost of petroleum and its product will go down since import duties are no more.

7. Sports - Reshape the sporting sector, privatize NPFL give those clubs to Private individuals that are capable of running it. We have quite a number of rich individual that can own our football clubs it will give the NPFL a facelift.
