I will be addressing the food sufficiency and agricultural aspect on this thread.
Since the advent of this present democratic dispensation,successive government has failed to address

The issues of agriculture holistically as a good source of revenue, employment and a means of diversification of out of mono economic dependence on oil.
We've had a lot of initiative on paper and fraudulent amplification like the cassava bread initiative of the previous admin.

What is this administration doing differently that will take us to the @TheNextLevelNG ?
The adminstration realizes a critical aspect of modern day farming is the use of fertilizers and initiated the process of revamping abandoned processing plants in this country.

As we speak, over 17 of such abandoned plants has been revived by this administration through it's Presidential Fertilizer Initiative Program(PFI) it lunched in December 2016.
One of the success story is reduction in Price to Farmers and saving of scared foreign exchange

@MBuhari knowing that access to funds is one of the greatest problem bedeviling farmers in the agric sector,has in November 17 2015 , lunched the Anchor Borrowers Program,an initiative that creates a linkage between companies & small holder farmers of key agricultural commodities

In the last two years of the implementation of the Anchor Borrowers’ Programme, a total of N55bn has been disbursed by the Central Bank of Nigeria to over 250,000 farmers under the scheme.
The @MBuhari administration also realizes the need to encourage mechanized farming hence,

It signed a contract to provide 10,000 tractors for farmers with Nigerian Agriculture Mechanization and Equipment Leasing Company (NAMEL), a good deal that will give birth to a Private Sector Driven Agriculture Mechanization Program (PADAMP).

@MBuhari and @ProfOsinbajo administration laid the foundation for @TheNextLevelNG of our agricultural revolution by addressing the issue of Fertilizer,Loans,Market and Equipment which are very critical for the revolution & food sufficiency of the growing population of Nigeria

The @OfficialAPCNg administration took a step further to protect Nigerian farmers to earn good renumeration, commenced the process of concession of 22 out of it 33 silo complexes across d country to private sector to ensure availability of affordable grains across d country.

These policies is today bearing fruits if the rice revolution of this present administration is anything to go by.
Nigeria realized an estimated N102.6b from the value of rice produced locally by farmers in 18 states under the CBN Anchor Borrowers Program.

The Growth and Employment in States (GMES4) reports on Nigeria rice production, a program funded by the UK (DFiD) titled "Mapping of Rice Production Clusters in Nigeria" ,revealed Nigeria is reaping the Anchor Borrowers Program and is on the verge of rice self sufficiency.

Kebbi, Kano, Ebonyi and others are doing very well and have keyed into the program of this administration to put an end to importation of food items like rice officially by 2020.
