First, this bullock/steer is a Holstein, which is a tall breed. This guy is more *tall* than big - heavier animals are not that uncommon - see this buster for example dailymail.co.uk/news/article-1…
Second, this guy is seven years old. That is almost unheard of for a steer, which would normally be killed around 36 months.
In the EU rules on slaughter of older animals due to risks they have from passing mad cow disease on means it would be worth much less.

So, tall breed, much older than usual animal, means he is always going to stand out in a herd.
And in the pics I have seen, he seems to be in a herd of very young cattle..
If more farmers kept their Holstein bullocks for 7 years, this would be a much more common sight

But the single most important fact is that this animal is not a cow.
Cows are girls. This guy is not a girl.
