3. I believe that gratitude is a function of focus, and Satan is a genius in getting us to put our attention on what we don’t have. He can make us feel poor in the midst of abundance. #Gratitude
4. That was the trick he played on Eve (Genesis 3) He succeeded in painting a picture of scarcity to Eve despite the abundance. He used the one tree Eve could not eat from to make her dissatisfied to the point of disobeying God. #Gratitude
5. Satan knew Christ had power, but he wanted to make Him feel powerless because the power had boundaries. However Christ put His focus on God. #Gratitude

7. Effective marketing sometimes makes you realize how much you miss what you don’t need. #Gratitude
8. Mankind has made the most amazing strides technologically in the last few decades yet we are the most depressed generation. #Gratitude
9. Be careful what you are sad over. The loss of focus on God is at the root of the despair, depression and anxiety that is engulfing our world today. #Gratitude
10. You can’t focus on God and not see His overwhelming goodness like David did. David shifted his focus from the problem to God, it was then he was strengthened to pray and became victorious. (1 Samuel 30:6) #Gratitude
11. When you focus on God alone, his power is enough to overshadow your ‘problem‘. All issues pale in significance when compared to the Almighty God. #Gratitude
12. Jesus faced death at the tomb of Lazarus but He focused on God and thanked God. He focused on the power of resurrection. (John 11:41-42) #Gratitude
13. Our part is to focus on God. When God steps in to your situation, impossibility loses its interpretation. #Gratitude
14. The Psalmist says in Psalms 118:1, and Psalm 107:1. “Oh, give thanks to the LORD, for He is good! For His mercy endures forever.”

15. This month, someone needs to say ‘’ Bless the Lord oh my soul and forget not all His benefits’’. Focus on what is working and be grateful. #Gratitude
16. Show some gratitude right now, thank God for your life, family, health, home, job and everything else. #Gratitude
17. Lord, help us to make gratitude a culture, help us to focus on you. I see joy restored to somebody today in Jesus name. #Gratitude
18. Gratitude is a function of focus. When you see your emotions running in the negative lane. Speak to yourself and say what are you looking at? Focus on God. #Gratitude
