Looks like some of the Tesla Model 3 TSB descriptions are finally showing up on the NHTSA site. No documents yet but we get a small preview of what they've been fixing. The first one appears to describe pre-production parts being installed on production cars.
Since Tesla will not sell access to their service portal to anyone outside of MA and limits those in MA from sharing anything we are only now reading the descriptions of the TSBs that have been out since August of last year and we still can't tell what is in them.
There are 39 TSBs descriptions on the NHTSA site currently and some are for smaller stuff like seat noise.
Looks like some early cars got tires that did not meet the Tesla requirements.
"While current headlights are adequate, an upgraded version improves upon them. Replace the current headlights with the new version."

Lol. Replacing something that is adequate seems unnecessary.
"An improved version of the Model 3 rear drive unit is now available that meets Tesla's high standards for performance and durability."

Did the original rear drive unit not meet their standards for performance and durability?
Someone forgot to put a few bolts in.
This might explain some of the early cars going into limp mode.
This probably explains why that mass damper was added to the upper control arm.
Another limp mode issue with a possible no-start condition.
Sway bar link ball joints cracking. Luckily, this is usually not dangerous but would result in noise and reduced handling.
Water leaking in and destroying the window motors.
Having HV battery breathers in place seems like it would be important.
A third issue that could cause it to go into limp mode.
There are more descriptions in there but these are the ones that kind of stood out.
It looks like it will be a tight race between the Model 3 and the Giulia.
It is also important to note that these are Technical Service Bulletins (TSBs) and those usually do not present safety issues that would necessitate a recall.
