One of the problems of most Nigerian youth is lack of sense of purpose. Most of us have spent years trying to discover why we are here.

We don't even have a system or backgrounds that help us discover ourselves.

Most study just anything at the university just to have a degree.

Most parents just want to have children without adequate plans on how to train this child to not just develop into a well rounded human but to discover their purpose in life.

Most Nigerian youths purpose in life is to work hard to provide for their parents, siblings and kindred.

These youths neglect themselves and become almost like a savior born to suffer and die for their families. If anyone is a first son or daughter, the pressure intensifies.

This has led many to jettison their dreams for their siblings to achieve theirs. Some even for their parents

I don't know who is being touched with this tweet, but I want you to understand that you never begged to be born and you will never beg to live and be happy.

Be selfish this year. SAVE LIKE HELL. SAVE A LOT OF MONEY AND BE SERIOUS ABOUT IT. I will tell you why.

There's what we call Sovereign wealth fund and Economic trust fund. This doesn't apply only to nations but also to individuals.

Allocate 2 of your bank accounts one for SWF and the other for ETF.

Your SWF is the essence of your existence. It's the fund you have for long capital investments and fund that gives you enough courage to whether any storm that comes your way. It's a fund that must never be touched except in profound cases where YOU WILL Die if you don't use it.

Your SWF can be used to buy treasury bills, invest in fix deposits with long term durations of a year and above or stashed in dollars in a domiciliary account with high yielding interest rates.

No matter the problems your family face, your SWF must never be touched. You must...

Resist the temptation of touching your SWF, especially when your mum or sister cries to you. DON'T, rather borrow from friends and pay them back. That's what the rich do. Sometimes you our rich friends borrow money from you, you wonder why? This is it.

SWF is the Spice of life.

The ETF is the fund for immediate investments but most be used also for capital investments, it must not be touched except for your personal development or projects that will bring you profits. It's from your ETF you register for that professional exam, for your education

For that land you want to buy, for that business you want to do. Etc. Your ETF is the oil that runs your life while your SWF is what makes you human.

The Igbo adage that says "akụ na esi obi ike" (wealth gives the heart courage) refers to your SWF.

This year 2019, if you are working, have a SWF and ETF. Let them call you names, "bad son" "bad daughter" "he doesn't care about us" etc.

Never mind, the task of breaking the hold of poverty is never an easy one. When the deal is done, they will appreciate your efforts.

Then allocate a 3rd account for recurrent expenditures. This is the fund for party, girls, recharge card, your mom allowance and siblings of you want. Once the money in this account is red, start crying that there is no money. Shout it for all to hear. THERE'S NO MONEY. EGO ADIRO

Why the rich gets richer and the poor gets poorer is that poor people don't understand the success equation and the economics of money.

A poor man's problem never ends and yet he doesn't have the means to even solve a quarter of it.

This is why poor people who make quick money return to poverty just few months or years later. Why?

They want to have all the rich have and show the rich that they can be like them.

Wealth has no competition. A wealthy man can never be poor. A rich man can.
