Remember how a judge slammed the lawyer repping Concord Management in the Mueller Russian troll farm case on Monday (see: buzzfeednews.com/article/zoetil…) and then had a brief sealed proceeding. The transcript has been unsealed, here's what went down:
The judge said in open court that she was sealing the room to talk about Concord's motion to compel discovery re: how Mueller's office got info that Concord said was confidential. The govt had asked to respond under seal, saying they'd need to discuss a pending grand jury matter
After the courtroom was closed (and we were all kicked out), Judge Friedrich started to ask Concord's lawyer Eric Dubelier a question, but he said he wasn't prepared for a motion hearing, and also needed to talk to his client about the judge's criticism of his conduct 
MR. DUBELIER: I've never been accused by a federal judge of being unprofessional and ineffective and whatever else you said about me before.
THE COURT: I said your tactics were ineffective.

The judge said Dubelier could have time to consult with his client, and she asked the govt meanwhile to file something ex parte (meaning the defense can't see it) about how they learned the info at issue, if not from the firewall attorney that Concord previously gave the info to
The judge told Dubelier she assumed he could reach his client in the next 24 hours, and he said it wasn't that simple: "Your Honor, my client speaks only Russian, and I can't talk to him over an open telephone line." The judge said okay, just "move quickly." And that ended it.
On Jan. 10, the judge entered an order scheduling a sealed hearing on Concord's motion to compel for today. That happened this morning, and then the judge issued a minute order (there's no other info besides what's on the docket) denying the motion
