Hon'ble High Court told "There are no specific allegations in the plea. We are not going to look into it. Kerala matter is before the Supreme Court." 8/n

There is no mention of Kerala Case in Grounds or Prayer. Kerala case is only to let everyone knows that Catholic Churches all over the world are following the same Playbook. Pensylvania Supreme Court Rulings 9/n
