I backed up @spilkelaw and Sarah Kunstler along with Federal Defenders at today's hearing about recent conditions at MDC Brooklyn before Hon. Analisa Torres. 11 witnesses testified over 4 hours and 20+ people, including Hon. Torres, @TishJames, and the lawyers, toured 3 MDC areas

Thank you @TishJames for being at today's hearing and for touring MDC Brooklyn with the group. There were a lot of other places you could have chosen to be, rather than listening to and hearing the conditions of people incarcerated in the SHU
When we toured areas of MDC Brooklyn yesterday, as Hon. Torres conducted interviews, I asked the men we saw on the 6th and 7th floors if they could hear us outside making noise for them over the weekend.
